Shipping

Orders received Monday-Friday will be shipped within 48 hours. If an order is placed on the weekend or a holiday, the order will ship in 72 hours.

We try to keep all items in stock. However, if for some reason the product is not in stock, you will receive an email with expected delivery date, as well
as the option to cancel that item from your order.

All orders are shipped Priority Mail through the USPS and should arrive in 3-5 business days. We will try to keep your shipping to a minimum, packaging accordingly to save you postage fees. Your total invoice cost will be adjusted during processing of your order.
If the item weighs less than 1lb, we will ship it First Class Mail to save you on Postage and your charges will be adjusted accordingly.

International Shipping Charges

All International packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and will be charged accordingly. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. All postage costs will be adjusted on your invoice during processing. All taxes, customs or duties incurred with this purchase are the responsibility of the customer. 

Order Cancellation Fee:

If an order needs to be canceled, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and packed it can be canceled for a $5.00 fee.

Sales Tax:

All sales within California will be charged 10.25% sales tax.

Return Policy on Product:

Our goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not happy with. All items must be in new condition and original packaging. Unfortunatly we do not allow the return of books or patterns due to copyright laws. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee of 20% is charged for all returns.

Class Policies:

All Classes must be paid for when you sign-up. Unless noted, you must cancel 5 days prior to the first class to receive a store credit. If we cancel a class, you will receive a refund in the method which you paid. We ask that during a class you turn all cell phones off. We are unable to accommodate guests / children during classes.

Privacy Policy:

Please be assured that all information you share with us is confidential and will not be shared with others. Credit card information is not kept on file and will be required each time you make a purchase.
