Boxy Tote

Adorable bag to carry your Singer Featherweight or use for your sewing supplies to carry to class or for overnight bag.
You will learn working with fusible foam, separating zippers, some machine quilting and how to put in the metal stay.
Required Supplies:
- Boxy Tote by Penny Sturgis pattern
- 1 yard fabric for outer front and back, handles, and outer end pockets
- 1 1/3 yards for inner lining and outer bag ends
- 1 yard inner pockets and outer pockets lining
- 1 yard package of Bosal #495S single sided fusible foam
- 1/2 yards light weight fusible fleece
- 24” separating zipper
- Lots of quilters clips (pins are impossible to use for this project)
- Metal Stay from Quilts Illustrated #psh054 for Boxy Tote
- Sewing machine cleaned and oiled
- Walking Foot
- Zipper Foot
- Coordinating thread or thread to match
- Basic sewing supplies
- Rotary Cutter and mat
