Curved Sunflowers

You will learn to cut curves with the Mini Quick Curve Ruler and make adorable sunflowers!

QCR Mini Ruler
Fabric:
8 fat quarters or regular quarters of assorted yellow prints
4-10” squares or 4- 1/4 yards of assorted green prints
4 fat quarters or 4 -1/4 yards of assorted browns or darks for centers
6 - 1/4 yards of assorted lights for backgrounds
4 -5” squares for practice cutting
Supplies:
45mm or 28mm rotary cutter with new blade
Rotary mat
Neutral thread
Sewing machine cleaned and oiled with new needle
1/4” foot
Basic sewing supplies
Prior to class prep:
1. See page 45 of the book and cut fabric per general cutting
2. Label fabric and put in zip lock bags
3. Bring all cut and leftover fabric to class
