Reyna Shawl Knit Workshop

Can't figure out what to knit with that single skein of sock yarn in a variegated colorway that you've had in your stash for months?  Here's the answer!  The Reyna Shawl by Noora Backlund.  This pattern was specifically designed to work with the variegation of colors, instead of getting oscured underneath the color changes.  One skein of fingering weight yarn is enough to complete the shawl, and the pattern is easy to modify to compensate for slight variations in yardage.

Instructor: Donna Hunt - Hosted by Nicole Vieira
Instructor Bio: My name is Donna, and I asked my sweet Auntie Donna one time how long I had been knitting. This was her response, ?Honey Angel you have knitting since you put your fat little chubby hands on the needles and knit with me.? I so loved that lady and miss her greatly. She always told me I could knit whatever I wanted, and to remember it is just yarn. That is my attitude to knitting, if you want to do it you can. It?s not a race, it?s you + needles + yarn= a great time. I love sharing this Fiber Art with others and I love teaching. I have taught all over the Bay Area in shops and I taught for quiet a few years for Livermore School District Adult Ed. I am excited to come to In Between Stitches and share my knowledge with many new students. If and when you take a class from me, be prepared to have fun and learn new things.
